We manufacture a wide range of medical drill bits, surgical reamers, medical reamers, surgical drill bits, which is used for various medical applications. These medical drill bits, surgical reamers, medical reamers, surgical drill bits include a shaft part & a disposable hollow cutter. The shaft part has an extended body with both distal & proximal ends. Distal end includes a coupling part for attaching reamer to the drilling equipment & the proximal end includes a threaded part. The hollow cutter module has a disposable a pilot tip & a hollow cutter sleeve part. It has a hollow construction, and is preferred for a one-time use.
Hollow cutter has a plurality of apertures on the outer surface and a plurality of cutting teeth. The pilot tip is attached to hollow cutter and has a threaded inner surface. Further, the hollow cutter module slides over the proximal end of the extended shaft and extends over a part of the extended body, enabling the pilot tip to be threaded with proximal end’s threaded portion.
